Charcoal Spits & Gas Spits
Our Black Charcoal Spits are by far the most popular and easy to use spits around. They are all belt driven so it is very easy to move the spit rod up and down as required. We include our specially made ironbark & gidgee bbq charcoal. We include in youe hire a charcoal chimney, and we set the rod up prior to delivery. If you are cooking a whole pig or lamb, you need to have certain braces to secure correctly. Boned & Rolled products, we ximply add more prongs for securing to the spit rod.
These spits are all on wheels, the legs can be removed for transport and they are very easy to clean after the spit.
We Provide the Meat You Need
As we have contracts directly with famers and local abbatoirs, We can get a variety of meats that you are looking for your event. From whole pigs 20-30kg, lambs 18-21 kg, to our amazing boned and rolled meats (BNR). All meat is provided in an esky iced down ready for you to cook.
We always have in stock the following:
Lamb Leg BNR & also Lamb Shoulder
Pork Leg BNR in two sizes 4-5kg or 8-10kg
Tasmanian Grassfed Angus Topside - 5-7kg
Whole Elgers Organic Chickens size 22-24
We can pre-marinate your products prior to your hire too. We stock a massive range of rubs/glazes to make your meat even more amazing on the spit!

We have a variety of amazing sides that we include in your self catering options we prepare for you.
From Crunchy Coleslaw, Meditterrean Cous Cous, Basil Pesto Pasta Salads, Fresh Bread, Gravy & Apple Sauces and all your inclusions needing to have amazing event.

We provide you all the little things, side sauces, gravy, bbq , tomato, apple sauces, You also include the bamboo disposable plates, cutlery, napkins etc.
We Provide Delivery Services to Brisbane Only
We do have the option of delivery which is quoted based on our availability. When we deliver your self catering function with all the trimmings, we have it all iced down in an esky/insulated boxes ready to use when you need.
Usually we have it delivered on Friday’s and pick up Sunday or Monday depending against the needs of the schedule.
We deliver in our schedule with your spit hire and event requirements needs. Anything is possible, you just have to contact us and see what we can do for you.
